Vietnam has no shortage of culture to share.
The challenge is how to make people want to take a piece of it home.
Too often, souvenirs look backwards.
They preserve heritage, but don’t always belong in modern life.
UiUi wanted to change that.
Our task was to build a brand that could make Vietnamese culture feel contemporary, desirable and globally relevant.
Culture doesn’t have to look old to feel authentic.
We positioned UiUi around a simple idea: heritage should be lived, not just displayed.
From the retail environment to everyday lifestyle products — T-shirts, totes, bottles, silk scarves and more — we created a distinctive visual language that brings Vietnamese cultural references into contemporary life.
The result is a brand that doesn’t treat culture as a souvenir.
It turns culture into something people can wear, use, share and remember.
